Using a cut and paste mixed media collage that was subsequently scanned into a computer, a novel software utility was employed to alter the original handmade design in unpredictable ways. This image was included in the "Torture Tested" zine, which focused on the algorithmic mutilation of the source images to comment on the production of visuals by means of hidden configurations.
